Terms in artwork
✦ The copyright of the work belongs to the creator. not allowed claiming that it was your own drawing.
However, the usage rights within the specified scope and the copyright of the characters will still belong to the
client. and must not be an action that causes loss of benefits to the artist.
✦ The client may post on social media platforms providing credits to the Artist.
✦ Artists have the right to post their commissions process of work in live stream and upload to public social media for portfolio. If you don't want public please tell in forms or contact.
✦ The Artist may to create a speedpaint video featuring the commissioned artwork. However, the inclusion of the
artwork in a speedpaint video is at the discretion of the Artist and cannot be guaranteed.
Terms of payment
✦ Prices may change or vary depending on complexity, requirements and/or additional orders.
✦ [Personal Use]: No aad fee. Use as wallpaper, profile picture on social media, or print for personal use.
✦ [Commercial Use] The price may increase by 1.5x-2.0x.
- price 1.5x use the artwork on monetized platforms such as YouTube or TwitchTV. etc. and much required
to provide credit to the artist in description or post.
- price 2x merchandise, small businesses. etc.
✦ The specified price is the price per 1 character. Adding more characters will add the specified price.
✦ There is no set price for each illustration because it varies based on composition complexity, background details,
and character details.
✦ Character and outfit design increases costs. (without a pre-made design)
✦ Invoice will make by Stripe payment. You can use Cradit card to pay.
✦ If you use PayPal. Paypal has fees when transfer, when you're creating your budget, keep +4% of the final price
in budget.
✦ If a client is in the waitlist and the commission has not been started, they do not need to pay until the informed
commission start date.
✦ Artist will send a remind to client for the payment in 3 day, invoicing must be paid in full. I will confirm bill to
you and start sketch after payment completed.
✦ After the request confirmation, the amount can't be refunded. Artist will make reasonable efforts to address any
concerns or issues raised by the client.
✦ Editing work can only rough sketching and color sketch stage. If want changes the design after
lineart process, I will an additional fee from percent of process at working. [EX the lineart process is 25% of all
work]. But minor revision (color change) is still acceptable until the final work.
Note*
✦ If the client wishes to cancel the commission even without the possibility of a refund, Artist will deliver the
work to the client up to the point at which it was made.
✦ If the artist is unable to complete the work for any unforeseen reason, Artist will inform them in advance every
time. There will be an agreement on a refund later.
✦ In the event of any delays in any step caused by the client, there will be no compensation.
✦ If there is a necessity that prevents you from sending feedback on your work for a certain period of time
(not exceeding 2 week), Please inform the artist in advance. If you do not inform them, The current work queue
may affect the next queue or the deadline set by the client.
